摘要
大型水电工程规模浩大、工期紧、涉及的专业面广,从工程的规模、工程所涵盖的专业、工程的技术含量、施工中各工种及工序(工艺)之间的穿插关系等各方面来看,难度均大于其它工程。但随着大型水电市场的萎缩,大型水电建设项目越来越少,水电建设工程项目竞标激烈,导致大型水电建设工程项目利润少之又少。水电建设施工二次经营策划是整个项目能否盈利的重中之重。
Large-scale hydropower projects are large in scale,tight in construction period,and involve a wide range of specialties.Its difficulty is higher than other projects in aspects of the scale of the project,the professions covered by the project,the technical content of the project,the interleaving relationship between the various types of work and procedures(processes)in the construction,etc.However,with the shrinking of the large-scale hydropower market,there are fewer and fewer large-scale hydropower construction projects,and fierce bidding for hydropower construction projects has led to very few large-scale hydropower construction projects'profits.The second operation planning of hydropower construction is the top priority for the profitability of the entire project.
