通用机场选址方案优化决策问题研究

Research on Optimization and Decision-making of General Airport Location Scheme

近年来,我国通航业务量快速增长,通用机场数量稳步上升,而机场选址建设过程大多会涉及方案的优化决策问题。文章首先对国内外的机场选址方案及其他选址方案优化决策研究现状进行了分析对比;然后,对国内通用机场选址的相关概念进行了归纳和阐述,分为定义、分类标准、依据和原则、程序四个部分;最后,提出了几个目前国内通用机场选址方案优化决策过程中可能存在的问题并进行了分析。

In recent years,China's general aviation business has grown rapidly,and the number of general-purpose airports has steadily increased.However,most of the process of airport site selection and construction involves the optimization and decision-making of plans.The article first analyzes and compares the current situation of domestic and foreign airport location options and other location options optimization decision-making research;then,summarizes and elaborates the relevant concepts of domestic general airport location,which are divided into definitions,classification standards,basis and principles and procedures;finally,several possible problems in the optimization and decision-making process of the current domestic general airport location plan are put forward and analyzed.
