Investigation and Analysis of Housing Rental Agencies in Guangzhou

住房租赁市场是国家住房体系的重要组成部分,加快发展住房租赁市场是当前我国住房改革的重要内容。以广州市荔湾区、越秀区、海珠区、天河区、白云区、番禺区住房租赁机构作为研究对象,通过对其进行调研和访谈,分析当前市场的发展状况以及存在的问题,以此提出相应的政策建议。

The housing rental market is an important part of the national housing system.Accelerating the development of the housing rental market is an important part of China's current housing reform.Taking the housing leasing agencies in Liwan District,Yuexiu District,Haizhu District,Tianhe District,Baiyun District,and Panyu District of Guangzhou City as the research object,through surveys and interviews,this article analyzes the current market development status and the existing problems,in order to propose corresponding policy recommendations.
