基于多目标规划的服务型制造网络服务能力配置研究

Research on Service Capability Allocation of Service-oriented Manufacturing Network Based on Multi-objective Programming

文章研究服务型制造网络中顾客满意的模块集成商与模块提供商之间的服务能力配置问题,通过质量特性、质量水平、质量行为三个维度评价服务型制造网络中服务提供模块的质量能力。首先,综合考虑质量特性最优、质量水平最优、质量行为最优以及总服务能力成本最小,建立多目标线性规划模型;其次,通过线性加权将多目标规划转化为单目标规划;然后,以算例进行仿真研究,通过Matlab软件求得模块集成商的最优服务能力配置。最后,提出促进服务型制造网络发展的指导建议。

In this paper,the service capability allocation between module integrators and module providers with customer satisfaction in service-oriented manufacturing networks is studied,and the quality capability of service provider modules in service-oriented manufacturing networks is evaluated by quality character,quality ability and quality behavior.Firstly,a multi-objective linear programming model was established by comprehensively considering the optimal quality character,the optimal quality ability,the optimal quality behavior and the minimum total service capacity cost.Secondly,multi-objective programming is transformed into single-objective programming by linear weighting.Then,the simulation study is carried out with the example,and the optimal service capability configuration of the module integrator is obtained through MATLAB software.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of service-oriented manufacturing network.
