提高斜井爆破掘进速度技术研究

摘要 井巷工程是采矿工业的先决条件,矿山生产依赖于井巷工程为其提供必需的场所与通道,巷道掘进对于矿山正常运行、可持续开采具有重要意义。为解决金属矿山斜井、巷道等掘进速度慢等问题,将以某金属矿斜井掘进为例,提出采用直眼掏槽方式。将以提高炮眼利用率、加快掘进速度为主要目标,从掏槽方式、炮眼深度、装药等方面研究。经过现场试验表明,巷道掘进循环进尺大幅度提升,炮眼利用率提高,掘进效率大大提高。此次研究对加快巷道掘进速度具有重要的工程意义和经济意义。 Mine roadway engineering is a prerequisite for mining industry.Mine production depends on mine roadway engineering to provide necessary sites and passages.Roadway tunneling is of great significance for normal operation and sustainable mining of mines.In order to solve the problems such as slow driving speed of inclined shaft and roadway in metal mines,the straight hole cutting method is proposed by taking inclined shaft driving in a metal mine as an example.The main objective is to improve the utilization rate of the perforation and accelerate the tunneling speed.The field test shows that the tunneling cycle footage is greatly improved,the perforation utilization rate is increased,and the tunneling efficiency is greatly improved.This research is of great engineering and economic significance for accelerating the speed of roadway tunneling.
