高墩大跨连续刚构桥合龙段顶推施工技术与施工监控

摘要 本文结合延延高速公路黄河特大桥,介绍了顶推施工工艺以及施工监控。通过合龙时施加适当的顶推力,减小由砼收缩徐变、温差等引起的附加内力,补偿了收缩徐变和高温合龙产生的顺桥向位移,确保了刚构桥后期运营阶段的安全。 Based on the Yellow River Bridge of Yan'an-Yanchuan Expressway,this paper introduces the jacking construction technology and construction monitoring.By applying appropriate jacking force during closure,the additional internal force caused by shrinkage and creep of concrete and temperature difference is reduced,and the displacement along the bridge caused by shrinkage and creep and high temperature closure is compensated,so as to ensure the safety of the rigid frame bridge at the later stage of operation.
