摘要
顶进框架桥前需对既有铁路进行加固,目前常用的线路加固方法有两种,即工字钢纵横梁加固法和D便梁加固法,工字钢纵横梁加固法其优点是适用性广,能够完成各种孔跨、各种线间距条件下的线路加固,但缺点是线路稳定性差。D便梁最大跨度24m,其优点是线路稳定性好,其缺点是框架桥跨度最大20m,线间距要求4.8m以上。依托阳安增二线大跨度框架桥顶进施工项目,采用组合式工便梁及横抬梁加固线路,解决了线间距小、框架桥跨度大条件下框架桥顶进施工难题,论文详细介绍了铁路组合式工便梁加固线路顶进大跨度框构桥施工技术。
It is necessary to reinforce the existing railway before jacking frame bridge.At present,there are two commonly used line reinforcement methods,namely I-steel beam reinforcement method and D-beam reinforcement method.The advantages of I-steel beam reinforcement method are wide applicability,which can complete line reinforcement under various spans and line spacing conditions,but the disadvantage is poor line stability.The maximum span of D beam is 24m,and its advantage is good line stability.Its disadvantage is that the maximum span of frame bridge is 20m,and the line spacing is more than 4.8m.Based on the jacking construction project of large-span frame bridge in Yang'an Zeng No.2 Railway Line,the jacking construction problem of frame bridge under the conditions of small line spacing and large span of frame bridge is solved by using combined temporary beam and transverse lifting beam to reinforce the line.This paper introduces in detail the construction technology of combined temporary beam reinforcement line jacking into large-span frame bridge.
