摘要 针对国产农机装备可靠性提升的迫切需求,分析了农机装备整机、零部件可靠性现状和农机装备领域可靠性工作的开展情况,从可靠性管理、可靠性工程技术应用和标准体系建立3个方面给出了开展农机装备可靠性工作的建议,并探索性地提出了农机装备可靠性工作的重点方向。 In response to the urgent requirements for improving the reliability of domestic agricultural machinery equipment,the current situation of the reliability of the entire agricultural machinery equipment and parts and the development of the reliability work in the field of agricultural machinery equipment are analyzed.From three aspects of reliability management,reliability engineering technology application and standard system construction,suggestions are given to carry out the reliability work of agricultural machinery equipment,and the important direction of the reliability work of agricultural machinery equipment is explored and put forward.
