摘要
针对功放单元可靠性缺乏定性、定量分析方法,以及其故障现象难以定位的问题,开展了基于模糊故障树分析的功放单元可靠性研究。首先,通过分析功放单元的原理和组成,划分出可靠性单元,研究其失效机理和失效形式,建立功放单元的故障树模型;然后,用模糊故障树分析法对功放单元故障树模型进行了定性分析,找出了功放单元的最小割集;最后,分别计算出了当底事件发生的概率为确定数和模糊数时顶事件的发生概率。通过对结果的分析,有助于研发测试人员快速地定位故障位置,对合理、高效地解决该故障提供了重要依据和参考价值,为以后功放单元的研究提供了科学指导。
Aiming at the problems of the lack of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the reliability of the power amplifier unit and the difficulty in locating its fault phenomenon, a research on the reliability of the power amplifier unit based on fuzzy fault tree analysis is carried out. Firstly, by analyzing the principle and composition of the power amplifier unit, the reliability unit is divided, and its failure mechanism and failure form are studied, and the fault tree model of the power amplifier unit is established. Then, the fault tree model of power amplifier unit is qualitatively analyzed by fuzzy fault tree analysis method, and the minimum cutset of power amplifier unit is found out. The probability of occurrence of the top event when the probability of the bottom event is a certain number and a fuzzy number is calculated respectively. Through the analysis of the results, it is helpful for R & D testers to quickly locate the fault location, provide important basis and reference valure for solving the fault in a reasonable and efficient manner, and provide scientific guidance for future research on power amplifier units.
