摘要 通过数据统计分析并结合实践经验探究了机车轮对注油压装质量有重要影响的因素,分析了轮轴表面粗糙度、润滑剂使用方法、工装设备状态、注油压力、环境因素等对压装过程的影响机理,并提出了优化方案。 This paper studied main factor of oil press technology for vehicle wheelset through plenty of data analysis and practical experience.The affect mechanism of surfaceness of matching face,lubricant application method,tooling facilities status,oil injection pressure and enviromental influences have been analysed and optimization schemes have been proposed.
