宽沟煤矿空压机余热利用系统研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决宽沟煤矿空压机系统余热未充分利用的问题,以实现节能减排的目的。基于宽沟煤矿空压系统特点及洗浴用热水负荷,介绍了空压机余热和利用系统,计算了空压机可利用余热量和洗浴用热水负荷,并进行了对比分析。同时,预算了该系统节能减排效益。结果表明:宽沟煤矿回收可利用空压机余热量为360 kW·h,洗浴用水热负荷为118 kW·h。因此,空压机余热量远远大于热负荷需求,完全可以满足洗浴热水的制热需求。除洗浴水外,富余的240 kW热量用来供暖,将矿区整体供暖的回水进行预热。另外,该系统运行年节电量165万kW·h,每年可节约电费约60万元,年节标准煤可达205 t,可减少511 t,节能减排效益显著。 In order to solve the problem that the waste heat of air compressor system is not fully utilized in Kuangou coal mine,the purpose is to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the characteristics of air compressor system and hot water load for bathing in Kuangou coal mine,this paper introduces the waste heat and utilization system of air compressor,calculates the available residual heat of air compressor and hot water load for bathing,and makes comparative analysis.At the same time,the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of the system are estimated.The results show that the residual heat of air compressor is 360 kW·h and the heat load of bathing water is 118 kW·h.Therefore,the residual heat of air compressor is far greater than the heat load demand,which can fully meet the heating demand of bath hot water.In addition to the bath water,the surplus 240 kW heat is used for heating,which preheat the return water of the overall heating in the mining area.In addition,the system can save 1.65 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually,and save about 600000 yuan of electricity cost every year.The annual standard coal saving can reach 205 tons,which can reduce 511 tons.
