摘要
目的探讨半乳糖凝集素3水平与急性心肌梗死患者(AMI)新发心房颤动的相关性。方法选取86例AMI患者作为研究对象,根据住院期间有无新发心房颤动分为窦性心律组51例和心房颤动组35例。比较两组患者的半乳糖凝集素3水平。采用Logistic回归分析半乳糖凝集素3水平与AMI患者新发心房颤动的相关性,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析半乳糖凝集素3水平预测AMI患者新发心房颤动的价值。结果心房颤动组AMI患者的半乳糖凝集素3水平较窦性心律组升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血清半乳糖凝集素3水平升高是AMI患者新发心房颤动的危险因素(P<0.05)。半乳糖凝集素3水平预测AMI患者新发心房颤动的ROC曲线下面积为0.943(95%CI:0.897~0.990,P<0.001)。结论AMI患者新发心房颤动与半乳糖凝集素3水平升高密切相关,半乳糖凝集素3水平可用于预测AMI患者新发心房颤动。临床上在治疗AMI患者时,应注意监测患者半乳糖凝集素3水平的变化。
Objective To explore the correlation between galectin 3 level and new-onset atrial fibrillation in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Eighty-six AMI patients were selected as subjects.According to the incidence of new-onset atrial fibrillation during hospitalization,the patients were divided into sinus rhythm group(n=51)and atrial fibrillation group(n=35).Galectin 3 level was compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was applied to the correlation between galectin 3 level and new-onset atrial fibrillation in AMI patients,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of galectin 3 level for new-onset atrial fibrillation in AMI patients.Results Patients with AMI in the atrial fibrillation group experienced elevated galectin 3 level than the sinus rhythm group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated serum galectin 3 level was the risk factor for new-onset atrial fibrillation in AMI patients(P<0.05).The area under ROC curve of galectin 3 level for predicting new-onset atrial fibrillation in AMI patients was 0.943(95%CI:0.897-0.990,P<0.001).Conclusion New-onset atrial fibrillation is closely related to elevated galectin 3 level in AMI patients,and galectin 3 level can be used to predict new-onset atrial fibrillation in AMI patients.Attention should be paid to monitoring changes in galectin 3 level in the clinical treatment of patients with AMI.
