摘要 目的探讨血清糖类抗原153(CA153)与癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取32例手术病理诊断明确的乳腺癌患者作为乳腺癌组,另选取同期收治的30例良性乳腺肿瘤患者作为良性组,选取同期进行体检的30例健康者作为健康组。采用化学发光法对三组的CA153、CEA水平进行检测。比较三组的CEA、CA153水平, CEA、CA153及CEA+CA153联合检测结果。结果乳腺癌组患者的CEA、CA153水平分别为(30.08±15.21)ng/ml、(56.35±10.53)U/ml,均明显高于良性组的(4.26±3.40)ng/ml、(14.45±13.93)U/ml和健康组的(3.18±0.65)ng/ml、(8.92±7.17)U/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.083、13.414, 9.674、20.593, P<0.05);良性组和健康组的CEA、CA153水平比较差异均无统计学意义(t=1.709、1.933, P>0.05)。乳腺癌组的CEA、CA153及CEA+CA153联合检测的阳性率均明显高于良性组和健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌组中CEA+CA153联合检测的阳性率明显高于CEA、CA153单一检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对单一检测, CA153与CEA联合检测在一定程度上提高了乳腺癌诊断准确性,其对于疾病的早期诊治具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the value of combined detection of carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods There were 32 breast cancer patients with clear surgical pathological diagnosis selected as the breast cancer group,30 cases of benign breast tumors admitted at the same time as the benign group,and 30 healthy subjects at the same time as the healthy group.Chemiluminescence method was used to detect the levels of CA153 and CEA in the three groups.The levels of CEA,CA153,and CEA,CA153,CEA+CA153 test results of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of CEA and CA153 of breast cancer group were(30.08±15.21)ng/ml and(56.35±10.53)U/ml,which were obviously higher than benign group[(4.26±3.40)ng/ml and(14.45±13.93)U/ml]and healthy group[(3.18±0.65)ng/ml and(8.92±7.17)U/ml],and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.083,13.414,9.674,20.593;P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in levels of CEA and CA153 between benign group and healthy group(t=1.709,1.933;P>0.05).The positive rates of CEA,CA153 and CEA+CA153 of breast cancer group were obviously higher than those of benign group and healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of CEA+CA153 of breast cancer group was obviously higher than CEA and CA153 single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single detection,combined detection of CA153 and CEA has improved the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer to a certain extent,which is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
