B超检查对无症状子宫肌瘤患者的诊断价值分析

Value of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of asymptomatic uterine fibroids

目的分析B超检查对无症状子宫肌瘤患者的诊断价值。方法选取进行体检的2682例健康女性作为研究对象,均进行腹部B超检查。分析B超检查的诊断结果 ,根据诊断结果判断子宫肌瘤类型,并分析子宫肌瘤的B超图像表现。结果 2682例女性中, B超共检查出72例(2.68%)无症状子宫肌瘤患者。病理学诊断结果 :无症状子宫肌瘤患者71例。B超检查诊断符合率为98.61%(71/72),误诊率为1.39%(1/72),特异度为0(0/1),敏感度为100.00%(71/71)。72例B超检出者中浆膜下肌瘤15例(20.83%),肌壁间肌瘤44例(61.11%),黏膜下肌瘤13例(18.06%);其中病灶直径<5 cm 38例(52.78%),病灶直径5~9 cm 26例(36.11%),病灶直径>9 cm 8例(11.11%)。超声图像显示72例患者均存在宫内回声改变,子宫存在不同程度不规则增大,肌壁回声不均匀,相比正常回声有明显降低,子宫壁存在边界清晰低回声结节。结论 B超可提供优质声像,检查方便快捷,可有效诊断无症状子宫肌瘤,对于观察判断子宫肌瘤类型等也有重要作用,可作为临床检查或健康体检中的有效检查方式,诊断效果明显,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of asymptomatic uterine fibroids.Methods 2682 healthy women who underwent physical examination were selected as the research subjects,and all of them underwent abdominal B-ultrasonography examination.The diagnostic results of B-ultrasonography were analyzed,the type of uterine fibroids was judged according to the diagnosis results,and the B-ultrasonography image of the uterine fibroids was analyzed.Results Among the 2682 women,72 cases(2.68%)of asymptomatic uterine fibroids were detected by B-ultrasonography.Pathological diagnosis results:71 cases of asymptomatic uterine fibroids.The diagnostic coincidence rate of B-ultrasonography was 98.61%(71/72),the misdiagnosis rate was 1.39%(1/72),the specificity was 0(0/1),and the sensitivity was 100.00%(71/71).Among the 72 cases detected by B-ultrasonography,there were 15 cases(20.83%)of subserosal fibroids,44 cases(61.11%)of intramural fibroids,and 13 cases(18.06%)of submucosal fibroids.Among them,38 cases(52.78%)had a lesion diameter<5 cm,26 cases(36.11%)had a lesion diameter of 5-9 cm,and 8 cases(11.11%)had a lesion diameter>9 cm.Ultrasound images showed that all 72 patients had intrauterine echo changes,the uterus had irregular enlargement of different degrees,the echo of the muscle wall was uneven,and the echo was significantly lower than the normal echo,and the uterine wall had clear hypoechoic nodules.Conclusion B-ultrasonography can provide high quality sound image,convenient and quick examination,and can effectively diagnose asymptomatic uterine fibroids.It also plays an important role in the observation and determination of the type,size and location of uterine fibroids.It can be used as an effective examination method in clinical examination or physical examination,with obvious diagnostic effect and high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
