摘要
针对数控车床自动刀架故障现象复杂多样,建立了数控车床自动刀架辅助维修诊断平台,将诊断过程、方法、步骤与数据库建立联系;统计故障现象种类,由上到下建立故障树分析方法,将故障树、排故规则与数据库编号一一对应,设立人机对话窗口。在维修诊断过程中,维修人员可通过平台上视频操作步骤、线路连接电子图等信息,对照故障刀架结构,快速、高效地找出故障点,大大地缩短了排故时间。
In view of the complex and diverse failure phenomena of the automatic tool rest of CNC lathes,an auxiliary maintenance and diagnosis platform for the automatic tool post of CNC lathes has been established,which links the diagnosis process,methods,and steps with the database;counts the types of failure phenomena,and establishes a fault tree analysis method from top to bottom. Fault tree and troubleshooting rule correspond to database number,set up man-machine dialog window. In the process of maintenance diagnosis,maintenance personnel can carry out video operation steps and electronic diagram of line connection through the platform,and find out the fault point quickly and efficiently by comparing with the structure of fault tool rest,thus greatly shortening the troubleshooting time.
