摘要
横向稳定杆是汽车悬架中的重要部件,当发生疲劳断裂时会严重危害车辆行驶的安全性。通过抛丸强化可以提高其疲劳寿命。通过测试选定了最佳的电流频率值和最佳的抛丸时间。疲劳耐久测试表明,经过抛丸强化后的稳定杆,其疲劳寿命大大提高,完全可以满足客户的需求。
Horizontal stabilizer bar is an important structure in automotive suspension parts since it will cause serious damage to the vehicle when the fatigue fracture occurs. Shot peening can increase the fatigue life of part. In the paper,choose the optimal current frequency of wheel and the optimal shotting time according to the test. The test of fatigue durability results show the fatigue life of horizontal stabilizer bar will be improved greatly after shot peening. And meet customer requirements completely.
