摘要
当前的先进制造业使用了大量高精度及智能化的设备,生产过程中产生的数据量也是越来越多,制造过程涉及到高智能化的制造设备和加工工艺,为了进一步提高对这些数据的有效利用程度,设备的数据实时采集和实时监控就显得尤为重要。只有及时、准确、详细地获取到设备运行状态及各项生产信息,将散乱无序的数据有效的提取采集出来,发现其中潜在的规律,才能为企业决策提供帮助。因此,搭建一个生产监控可视化系统,直观的展示出数据之间的关联、趋势,变得尤为重要。
Especially the current advanced manufacturing industry,the use of a large amount of high precision and intelligent equipment,production process of the amount of data is also more and more,the manufacturing process involves high intelligent manufacturing equipment and processing technology,in order to further improve the effective use of these data,equipment of real-time data acquisition and real-time monitoring is particularly important.Only by timely,accurate and detailed acquisition of equipment operation state and various production information,effective extraction and collection of scattered and disorderly data,and discovery of the potential rules,can provide help for enterprise decision-making. Therefore,it becomes particularly important to build a production monitoring visualization system to intuitively show the correlation and trend among data.
