结合多年的设备运(行)维护工作,对交叉带式邮件分拣机的工作情况进行分析,找出设备常见故障及其产业(修改为"生")的原因,提出了故障处理方法及设备优化改进方案。设备经过优化改进之后,故障率明显下降,收到了较好的效果,可供相关技术人员借鉴。

Combined with years of equipment operation and maintenance work,the working conditions of the crossbelt mail sorter were analyzed,common equipment failures and their causes were found,and failure handling methods and equipment optimization and improvement programs were proposed. After the equipment has been optimized and improved,the failure rate has been significantly reduced,and good results have been received,which can be used for reference by relevant technical personnel.
