摘要
由于发动机提供给制动主缸助力器的真空度不足,会导致制动系统助力效果差,出现刹车硬的现象。为解决刹车硬的问题加装了电子真空泵,由发动机控制模块(ECM)及时准确地控制电子真空泵的开启与关闭。实验证明电子真空原控制策略可以有效地控制电子真空泵的运行,确保制动的可靠性以及行车的安全性。
Because the engine provides insufficient vacuum to the brake master cylinder booster,it will lead to poor power assistance effect of the braking system,and the brake will be hard.In order to solve the problem of hard brake,the electronic vacuum pump is installed,and the engine control module(ECM)can timely and accurately control the opening and closing of the electronic vacuum pump.Experiments show that the control strategy can effectively control the operation of the electronic vacuum pump and ensure the reliability of braking and the safety of driving.
