发动机台架联轴器的失效分析及应对策略

Failure Analysis and Countermeasures of Engine Stand Coupling

为满足发动机台架试验的要求并准确测量其性能指标,往往采用变速箱通过万向传动轴或发动机飞轮通过联轴器两种形式与测功机进行有效连接。对采用联轴器的发动机连接方式在试验过程情况分析,找出出现故障现状,并对失效的原因,提出相应应对策略,为发动机台架试验提供参考和借鉴。

In order to meet the requirements of engine bench test and accurately measure its performance index,it is often used to effectively connect the dynamometer with the gearbox through the universal transmission shaft or the engine flywheel through the coupling. This paper analyzes the test process of the engine connection mode using coupling,finds out the fault status,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the failure reasons,so as to provide reference for the engine bench test.
