摘要
某轻卡在动力总成充分热机后,空调开启时怠速变速器出现连续敲击异响。变速器敲击异响是因齿轮间隙的存在而在发动机输出转速波动时使齿轮往返敲击齿面造成。因此通过测试发动机飞轮、变速器Ⅰ轴齿轮两处扭振情况,并通过降低扭转减振器一级减振刚度优化Ⅰ轴扭振,敲击异响消失。
After the powertrain of a light truck was fully warmed up,the transmission produced continuous idle rattle when the air conditioner was turned on. Transmission idle rattle is caused by the gear back and forth knocking the tooth surface when the engine output speed fluctuates due to the existence of the gear gap. Therefore,by testing the torsional vibration of the engine flywheel and the gear of the transmission I shaft,and by reducing the first-stage damping stiffness of the torsion damper,the torsional vibration of the I shaft is optimized,and the idle rattle noise disappears.
