一种转向架定位转臂橡胶节点的结构改进方法

摘要 转臂式的轴箱定位装置主要依靠橡胶节点提供纵向及横向定位刚度,进而满足转向架的动力学要求,故定位转臂橡胶节点是转向架系统中的重要悬挂件。定位转臂橡胶节点的受力非常复杂,运用工况也比较恶劣,容易发生故障。文章针对一种定位转臂节点进行了优化改进,显著提升了其寿命,保障了转向架悬挂参数的稳定,降低了车辆的运维成本,也为其余橡胶节点的优化提供方向。 The positioning device of rotary axle box positioning device mainly relies on the rubber joints to provide longitudinal and lateral positioning stiffness,so as to meet the dynamic requirements of the bogie.Therefore,positioning rotating arm rubber joints are important suspension parts in the bogie system.The stress of locating the rotating arm rubber joints is very complicated and the operating condition is serious,it is easy to cause failure.This paper introduces the optimization improvement of the positioning rotating arm joints,which can significantly improve its life,ensure the stability of bogie suspension parameters,reduce the cost of operation and maintenance of the vehicle,and provide direction for the optimization of other rubber joints.
