摘要
最近几年,随着军事通信和民用通信的不断发展,我国逐渐加大了对智能化宽带接收机系统的应用。智能化宽带接收机系统作为一种高性能、高灵敏度、高线性的现代化系统,对射频接收前端电路系统的设计提出了更高的要求。基于以上情况,文章在分析宽带射频接收前端电路基本结构的基础上,从系统结构方案设计、本振频率信号合成设计、中频微带滤波器设计和宽带射频接收前端系统测试4个方面入手,研究了宽带射频接收前端电路系统设计。
In recent years,with the continuous development of military communications and civilian communications,China has gradually increased the application of intelligent broadband receiver systems.The intelligent broadband receiver system is a modern system with high performance,high sensitivity and high linearity,which has put forward higher requirements for the design of the radio frequency receiving front-end circuit system.Based on the above situation,the article analyzes the basic structure of the broadband RF receiving front-end circuit,starting with the system structure design,local oscillator frequency signal synthesis design,intermediate frequency microstrip filter design,and broadband RF receiving front-end system testing.The design of the front-end circuit system of the broadband radio frequency receiver is presented.
