摘要
传统的直接空冷岛清洗装置费时费力,且安全隐患较大,清洗成本较高。文章通过分析现阶段直接空冷岛清洗装置的结构,针对半自动空冷岛清洗存在的问题,提出了一种设计优化方法。优化采用全自动控制系统和测温系统,结合红外热成像仪,实现清洗装置、测温装置一体化远程控制。
The traditional direct air cooling island cleaning device is time-consuming and laborious,and has high safety risks and cleaning cost.This paper analyzes the structure of the direct air cooling island cleaning device at present,and puts forward a design optimization aiming at the problems existing in the semi-automatic air cooling island cleaning.The automatic control system and temperature measurement system are optimized,and the infrared thermal imager is combined to realize the integrated remote control of cleaning device and temperature measuring device.
