摘要
美育是高质量人才培养体系的重要组成部分,也是人才培养改革必须关注的重要领域。推进五育并举,需要彰显"以美育人"时代价值。在学校层面,能否实现"以美育人"的价值追求,重在教师美学素养的提升,主要包括强化教师"以美育人"意识、丰富教师的"以美育人"知识、提升教师"以美育人"的能力。
Aesthetic education is an important component of the education system which cultivates high-quality talents,and it is also an important field in the talent training reform that must be paid attention to.It is necessary to promote the simultaneous development of the five dimensions of education:the moral,intelligent,physical,aesthetic and social aspects,which displays a great contemporary value of education with aesthetics.From the perspective of schools,whether the pursuit of education with aesthetics can be realized depends on the improvement of teachers’aesthetic competency.This mainly includes enhancing teachers’awareness,enriching teachers’knowledge and improving teachers’ability of education with aesthetics.
