摘要
随着招生制度改革的推进,基于学生个性特征、天赋及发展需求的生涯规划与指导,受到社会各界关注,因此,研究高中教师是否胜任新的职责与角色以及如何评价其胜任力,并据此设计相关培养计划,具有重要意义。本研究采用文献分析、关键行为事件访谈、德尔菲法、层次分析法等,以生涯构建理论和胜任力冰山模型为理论基础,构建了普通高中教师生涯指导胜任力评价指标体系,以期为高中教师生涯指导素养的培养、工作考核、能力提升等提供新的启发。
With the advancement of the reform of the enrollment system,career planning and guidance based on students’personality characteristics,talents and development needs have attracted attention from all walks of life.Therefore,research on whether high school teachers are competent for new responsibilities and roles and how to evaluate their competence,and based on this designing relevant training plans is of great significance.This research adopts literature analysis,key behavioral event interviews,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the theory of career construction and the competency iceberg model,this study constructs an evaluation index system for the career guidance competency of ordinary high school teachers.It is expected to provide new inspiration for the cultivation of general high school teachers’career guidance literacy,work assessment,and ability improvement.
