经亨颐“人格教育”思想与实践——基于教育家办学的视角

摘要 教育家办学并非个人办学,而是教育家型校长集聚了一批志同道合的名师实现共同教育理想的过程。经亨颐人格教育的产生包括萌芽、形成和扩散三个阶段,其生成机制主要是:共同追求的教育理想、亲和无华的人际关系、气息浓郁的文化氛围、学界前辈的提携鼓励、自由宽松的学校管理,其思想体系包括经亨颐对人格教育的阐释和名师们的个性化表述。回顾与分析经亨颐人格教育思想与实践,以期对当今倡导教育家办学有所启示。 Educator-run schools are not run by individuals,but by educator-principals who gather a group of like-minded master teachers to realize a common educational ideal.The emergence of Jing Heng-yi’s personality education includes three stages:germination,formation and diffusion.Its generation mechanism is mainly:common pursuit of educational ideals,friendly and unassuming interpersonal relationships,rich cultural atmosphere,the support and encouragement of the previous academics,and freedom and relaxation of school management.The ideological system includes Jing Heng-yi’s interpretation of personality education and the personalized expression of excellent teachers.This paper reviews and analyzes Jing Heng-yi’s personality education thought and practice in order to have some enlightenment for today’s advocating educationalist running education.
