摘要
为提高官厅水库溢洪道检修闸门启闭效率,消除安全隐患,对台车式启闭机进行整体更新,并增加工作扬程,增设液压自动挂脱梁。介绍了液压自动挂脱梁运行原理和调试要求,并对启闭机改造前后的运行效果进行对比分析,提出了运行管理方面的相关建议。结果表明改造后检修闸门启闭控制简单,提高了工作效率和安全可靠性,保障了官厅水库的安全运行。改造成果可为类似工程金属结构改造提供参考。
In order to improve the opening and closing efficiency of the bulkhead gate of the spillway in Guanting Reservoir and eliminate the hidden danger of safety,the platform hoist is updated and the lift of hoist is increased,and the hydraulic automatic hooking and hoisting beam is added.This paper introduces the operation principle and debugging requirements of hydraulic automatic hooking and hoisting beam,compares and analyzes the operation effect of hoist before and after transformation,and puts forward relevant suggestions on operation management.The results show that the opening and closing control of the bulkhead gate is simple,the working efficiency and safety reliability are improved,and the safe operation of Guanting Reservoir is ensured.The transformation results can provide reference for similar projects.
