某铜矿中深孔试验采场空区探测及可视化分析 被引量:4

Exploration and Visualization Analysis on Goaf with Medium-Depth Hole Test Stope in a Copper Mine

摘要 某铜矿中深孔分段采矿法的试验采场尺寸较原进路采矿法采场的尺寸显著增大,导致矿房回采边界控制难度增加,且充填体下采矿使回采工作面顶板的稳定性受爆破扰动的影响较大。采用BLSS-PE空区探测系统对该铜矿试验采场开展了多次现场扫描,得到了不同出矿阶段的采空区三维实体模型,并与采场设计模型进行了真实坐标复合,分析了爆破后空区边界与设计边界的重合关系,评价了爆破实施效果;分析了不同出矿阶段的采空区顶板和两边帮的位移,验证了中深孔回采工艺在该矿山的适用性,为后期中深孔采矿方法在该矿山的推广应用奠定了基础。 In a copper mine,the size of the test stope mined by medium-depth hole sublevel mining method is significantly larger than that mined by the approach mining method.Thus,it is more difficult to control the stope boundary and the roof stability of the mining face is greatly affected by blasting disturbance due to mining under the backfill body.The BLSS-PE goaf detection system was used to carry out many field scans of the test stope in this copper mine,and three-dimensional models of the goaf at different stages were obtained.Through combining the real coordinates with the stope design mode,the coincidence relationship between the design boundary and the goaf boundary after blasting was analyzed,and the implementation effect of blasting was evaluated.The displacement of roof and two sides of goaf at different mining stages was analyzed,and the applicability of medium-depth hole mining technology was verified.The study has laid a foundation for the popularization and application of medium-deep hole mining method in this mine.
