摘要
针对如何处理废弃尾砂和废旧橡胶,提出在尾砂中掺入橡胶颗粒用于矿山充填。借助损伤力学,运用Weibull统计分布理论,建立了含橡胶颗粒充填体的损伤本构模型和损伤演化方程,探究了含橡胶颗粒充填体受荷损伤演化规律;通过掺入橡胶颗粒的干燥和潮湿两种充填体试样开展了无侧限压缩试验,结果表明:所建含橡胶颗粒充填体损伤本构模型理论曲线与试验曲线高度吻合,验证了模型的正确性;掺入橡胶颗粒会增加充填体的塑性,提高其峰值后应力,且在潮湿充填体中塑形更加明显,但含橡胶颗粒充填体在获得较好延展性的同时,也会牺牲一定的强度;橡胶颗粒在潮湿充填体中会加剧损伤演化过程,在干燥充填体中会削弱受荷损伤的积累。
Aimed at the problem that how to deal with the waste tailings and rubber powder,the tailings containing rubber powder were used for mine filling.Based on the damage mechanics theory and the Weibull statistical distribution theory,the damage constitutive model and damage evolution equation of the backfill containing rubber powder were built,and the damage evolution law of the backfill containing rubber powder under load was explored.The unconfined compression experiments were carried out on the dry and wet filling body samples containing rubber powder.The results show that the theoretical curve of the damage constitutive model is highly consistent with the experimental curve,which verifies the correctness of the model.The addition of rubber particles will increase the plasticity of the filling body and the stress after peak,and the plastic shape is more obvious in the wet filling body.The filling body with rubber powder will obtain good ductility,but will sacrifice certain strength.The addition of rubber powder in the wet filling body will intensify the damage evolution process,and the accumulation of damage will be weakened in dry filling body.
