摘要
云南某铅锌矿原矿铅品位为1.09%,锌品位为6.02%。其中锌主要以硫化矿的形式存在于矿物中,铅主要以氧化矿的形式存在。为了合理高效回收其有用元素,开展了选矿试验研究。原矿经过磨矿后,采用"一粗三精三扫"的浮选选锌试验流程和尾矿重选抛尾后再浮选铅的试验流程,得到了铅品位31.85%,回收率为40.18%的铅精矿;锌品位51.89%,回收率为84.96%的锌精矿。
The lead grade is 1.09%and zinc grade is 6.02%in a lead-zinc ore of Yunnan.Among them,zinc mainly exists in the form of sulfide ore,and lead mainly exists in the form of oxidized ore.In order to recover the useful elements reasonably and efficiently,beneficiation experiments were carried out.After the raw ore is grinded,the experimental flowsheet of one roughing,three refining and three scavenging for zinc flotation and the experimental flowsheet of lead flotation after tailings gravity separation and discarding are adopted.The lead concentrate with lead grade of 31.85%and recovery rate of 40.18%and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 51.89%and recovery rate of 84.95%are obtained.
