事件驱动的露天矿卡车油耗在线监测系统

An Event-driven On-line Monitoring System for Trucks Fuel Consumption in Open-pit Mine

摘要 针对露天矿卡车油耗监测不灵活的问题,设计了一种事件驱动的卡车油耗在线监测系统。系统依托于传统卡车调度系统,提出了一种事件驱动的卡车状态转移模型,在融合了卡车发动机、定位以及举升信息的基础上,给出了各个状态发生转移所需的触发事件,在状态结束后给出卡车在该状态下的油耗情况;结合道路信息,采用距离道路匹配模型对轨迹点进行道路匹配,对卡车轨迹进行道路匹配后,进一步监测卡车在不同道路上的油耗情况。现场检验结果表明:在基础数据采样周期为1s的条件下,油耗计算结果更新的延迟时间可以控制在2s以内。 In view of the inflexibility of truck fuel consumption monitoring in open-pit mine,an event-driven on-line monitoring system for truck fuel consumption was designed.Based on the traditional truck scheduling system,an event-driven truck state transition model was proposed.On the basis of integrating the information of truck engine,positioning and lifting,the trigger events required for each state transition was given,as well as the truck fuel consumption after the state was finished.Combined with the road information,the distance road matching model was adopted to the road matching of truck tracks,then,the truck fuel consumption on different roads was further monitored.The field test results show that the delay time of updating fuel consumption calculation results can be controlled within 2 seconds when the basic data sampling period is 1 second.
