摘要 针对磨机更换衬板所用的液压重载机械臂,建立了三维模型,采用有限元方法对其静态和模态进行仿真.考虑了液压油的影响,计算了液压缸的等效刚度,得到了机械臂的应力、变形分布云图以及固有频率和振型,仿真结果与液压缸视为刚性时的结果相比,更合理,为机械臂的设计提供了理论依据.本文采用的方法为液压机械臂的分析和仿真提供了一种新的方法. For the hydraulic heavy mechanical arm used in the liner plate replacement of the mill,the three-dimensional model was established,and the static and modal simulations were performed using the finite element method.The equivalent stiffness of the hydraulic cylinder was calculated considering influence of hydraulic oil.The contours of stress and deformation,natural frequencies and mode shapes of the mechanical arm were obtained.The results were compared with that of considering the hydraulic cylinder as rigid,they were more reasonable and provided the theoretical basis for the design of mechanical arm.The method in this paper provides a new approach for the analysis and simulation of hydraulic mechanical arm.
