炮制辅料生石灰的质量标准研究

目的建立辅料生石灰的质量标准,以保证法半夏的炮制辅料生石灰的质量稳定。方法收集了市售不同厂家的生石灰14批,对其进行了理化鉴别研究,同时测定了酸中不溶物、灼烧减量以及镁和碱金属含量,以此三项作为生石灰的检查项,并以乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)滴定生石灰中的钙离子,并以钙离子折算的氧化钙含量作为生石灰中的氧化钙含量。结果初步制定了炮制辅料生石灰的质量标准。结论初步制定的中药炮制辅料生石灰质量标准,方法简便可靠,为中药炮制辅料生石灰的质量标准研究奠定基础。

Objective Establish the quality standard of the auxiliary material quicklime to ensure the quality of the processed auxiliary material quicklime in the Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum.Methods 14 batches of quicklime from different manufacturers were collected, and physical and chemical identification studies were carried out. The content of acid-insoluble ash, the burning reduction and the content of magnesium and alkali metal were measured, and the three items were used as check items for quicklime The calcium ions in the quicklime were titrated with EDTA-2 Na, and CaO content in the quicklime was converted by calcium ions.Results The quality standard of quicklime for processing excipients was established.Conclusion The quality standard of quicklime was preliminarily established, and the method is simple and reliable, and lay the foundation for the study on the quality standard of medicinal salt for processing excipients.
