摘要
目的为提高姜黄产量和姜黄素含量,研究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)不同浓度和喷施时期对姜黄产量和姜黄素含量的影响。方法采用盆栽试验,以浓度为0(CK)、100、200、400、800、1600、3200μmol/L MeJA溶液作为外源诱导剂,分别于种植后130d、160d、190d喷施姜黄植株,探索MeJA不同浓度和喷施时期对姜黄产量和姜黄素含量的影响效果。结果在生育中期160 d喷施800μmol/L MeJA增产效果最好,其次依次为生育后期190 d喷施1600μmol/L MeJA、生育中期160 d喷施400μmol/L MeJA;对提高姜黄素含量,在生育后期190d喷施3200μmol/L MeJA的效果最好,其次为生育中期160 d喷施800μmol/L的MeJA。结论综合考虑姜黄产量和姜黄素含量,生育中期160 d喷施800μmol/L MeJA效果最好,其次是生育后期190 d喷施1600μmol/L的MeJA,研究为姜黄的优质高效栽培提供理论基础。
Objective In order to improve the yield and curcumin content of Curcuma longa, the effects of different MeJA concentration and spraying time on the yield and curcumin content of Curcuma longa were studied. Methods Pot experiments were conducted, 0(CK), 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 mol/l MeJA solution was used as exogenous inducer, and turmeric plants were sprayed on 130 d, 160 d and 190 d after planting, respectively, to explore the effects of different MeJA concentrations and spraying time on turmeric yield and curcumin content. Results The results showed that 800 μmol/L MeJA was the most effective in increasing turmeric yield at 160 days, followed by 1600 mol/L MeJA at 190 days and 400 mol/L MeJA at 160 days. To increase the content of curcumin, 3200 mol/L MeJA at 190 days was the most effective, followed by 800 mol/L MeJA at 160 days.Conclusion With comprehensive consideration of turmeric yield and curcumin content, 800 mol/L MeJA at 160 days was the most effective, followed by 1600 mol/L MeJA at 190 days. The study provides a theoretical basis for the high quality and efficient cultivation of turmeric.
