不同等级种苗对知母药材产量和质量的影响

Effects of different Grades of Seedlings on Yield and Quality of Anemarrhena asphodeloides

目的探究不同等级种苗对知母药材产量和质量的影响,确定最佳的种苗等级。方法在安国市药博园内种植不同等级知母种苗,生长期内对不同等级种苗的知母进行生物性状分析,收获时对知母药材的产量和质量进行分析。结果知母亩产量和药用成分亩产量均表现为一级种苗最高,二级、三级种苗次之,四级种苗最低,并且四级种苗药用成分含量不符合药典规定。通过SPSS21对数据进行统计分析,二级与三级种苗的亩产量和成分亩产量差异不显著。结论建议将药用成分亩产量作为衡量药用植物产量性状的一个重要指标,知母生产中在移栽时可选用三级以上种苗,可将二级和三级种苗合并为一个等级。

Objective To study the effect of different grades of seed and seedling on yield and quality of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. Methods Different grades of Anemarrhena asphodeloides seeds and seedlings were planted in the garden of Anguo City. Results The yield per mu of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and the yield per mu of medicinal ingredients were the highest in first-grade seedling, second in second-grade and third-grade seedling, and the lowest in fourth-grade seedling. According to the statistical analysis of the data by SPSS21, there is no significant difference between the yield per mu and the yield per mu of the two kinds of seedlings. Conclusion It is suggested that the yield per unit area of medicinal ingredients should be regarded as an important index to measure the yield of medicinal plants. In the production of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, more than three seeds and seedlings can be selected for transplanting.
