甘孜州93名出院新型冠状病毒肺炎患者和无症状感染者粪便中新型冠状病毒核酸检出情况 被引量:6

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Test Results of Fecal Specimens From 93 Discharged COVID-19 patients and Asymptomatic Infected Patients in Derge County

摘要 目的对出院的新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")患者和无症状感染者粪便进行新型冠状病毒(简称"新冠病毒")核酸检测,了解出院人员粪便中带毒状况,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法用实时荧光RT-PCR法对2020-02/04甘孜州93名出院新冠肺炎患者和无症状感染者粪便进行核酸检测,用SPSS 20软件对检测结果进行分析。结果 93份粪便样本中检出SARS-CoV-2阳性18份,阳性率为19.35%。其中73份出院新冠肺炎患者粪便,阳性率为20.54%,20份出院无症状感染者粪便,阳性检出率为15.00%;民族分布为藏族82名,汉族11名,阳性检出率为分别为19.51%和18.18%;性别分布为男性51名,女性40名,阳性检出率为22.64%和15.00%;年龄分布从3岁到77岁,平均年龄39岁,阳性检出率在临床分型、民族、性别和年龄上差异均无统计学意义。结论提示新型冠状病毒核酸在呼吸道检测阴性后,消化道持续核酸阳性,存在较大的潜在感染风险,应加强对已出院新冠患者和无症状感染者管理,建议粪便样本核酸检测做为解除隔离条件,同时应加强隔离点卫生消毒处理。 Objective To investigate the status of viral infection in the fecal specimens of discharged person so as to provide scientific basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods Real-time RTPCR was performed to detect SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid tests in the feces of 93 discharged COVID-19 patients and asymptomatic infected patients for 2020-02/04.The results were analyzed with SPSS20.Results Among the 93 fecal samples,18 samples showed positive results for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid tests,and the positive rate is 19.35%.Among the 73 feces of COVID-19 patients and 20 feces of asymptomatic infected patients,the positive rate is 20.54%and 15.00%,respectively.As for ethnic distribution,the positive rates for 82 Tibetans and 11 Hans were 19.51%and 18.18%,respectively.The 93 discharged patients included 51 males and 40 females.The positive rates for male and female cases were 22.64%and 15.00%,respectively.The age distribution range of those discharged patients ranged from 3 to 77 years,with an average age of 39 years.There were no statistically significant differences in the positive rates of patients with different clinical type,nationality,gender and age.Conclusion The time of SARS-CoV-2 shed in the digestive tract is longer than that in the respiratory tract,thus there is a large potential risk of infection.The management of discharged person,including COVID-19 confirmed cases and asymptomatic cases,should be strengthened.Nucleic acid tests of fecal samples are recommended as a condition to relieve quarantine,and the disinfection of quarantine should be strengthened.
