用转炉污泥制备铝合金添加剂用铁粉试验 被引量:1

Experimental research on iron powder for aluminum alloy additive prepared by converter sludge

摘要 铝作为仅次于钢铁的第二大工业用金属,已得到广泛应用,随着铝合金行业不断发展,铝合金添加剂(铁剂)的需求量在不断增加,还原铁粉在铝合金添加剂(铁剂)中的使用量也在不断增加。以某钢厂现有转炉污泥为原料,通过创新球磨和还原工艺,制得了应用于铝合金添加剂用铁粉产品,该铁粉产品高度切合了铝合金添加剂(铁剂)的要求,为高效开发利用钢铁二次资源提供了一条良好途径。 Aluminum, as the second largest industrial metal after iron and steel, has been widely used. With the continuous development of aluminum alloy industry, the demand for aluminum alloy additive(iron agent) is increasing, and so is the usage of reduced iron powder in aluminum alloy additive(iron agent). Using the existing converter sludge of a steel plantas raw material, through innovative ball milling and reduction process, iron powder for aluminum alloy additive was prepared. The iron powder product highly meets the requirements of aluminum alloy additive(iron agent), which provides a good way for the efficient development and utilization of iron and steelsecondary resources.
