健康正常无性生活史女性阴道分泌物中微生物组学分析 被引量:2

Microbiological analysis of vaginal secretions of healthy and normal asexual women

摘要 目的探讨健康正常无性生活史女性阴道分泌物中菌群结构,为女性泌尿生殖系统疾病临床研究提供可靠的理论依据。方法运用高通量二代测序技术检测2017年1月至2018年12月在深圳市福田区妇幼保健院作婚检的29例健康正常无性生活史女性阴道分泌物中微生物;采用秩和检验进行个体间显著性差异分析,使用生物信息学软件进行数据处理。结果29份样本共注释出12个门、11个纲、14个目、26个科、36个属和19个种水平物种。在种水平有Atopobium vaginae、Campylobacter ureolyticus、Clostridium perfringens、Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii、Escherichia coli、Lactobacillus helveticus、Lactobacillus iners、Lactobacillus reuteri、Haemophilus parainfluenzae、Jonquetella anthropi、Moryella indoligenes、Neisseria subflava、Peptostreptococcus anaerobius、Prevotella copri、Prevotella melaninogenica、Prevotella nanceiensis、Streptococcus agalactiae、Streptococcus anginosus和Veillonella等19个物种。Heatmap聚类分析显示属水平3个主要物种分别为乳杆菌属、小类杆菌属和普氏菌属。29例健康正常无性生活史女性阴道分泌物个体之间菌群结构差异不显著。结论健康正常无性生活史女性阴道分泌物菌群结构以瑞氏乳杆菌、惰性乳杆菌和罗伊乳杆菌为优势菌,乳杆菌属在阴道微生态平衡中起到重要作用。 Objective To study the bacterial community structure in vaginal secretions of healthy women without sex and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the clinical research of female genitourinary system diseases.Methods High-throughput second-generation sequencing technology was used to detect microbe in vaginal secretions of 29 healthy women without sex.Rank-sum test was used to analyze the significance difference among individuals.Bioinformatics software was used for data processing.Results A total of 12 phyla,11 classes,14 orders,26 families,36 genera and 19 species were annotated from 29 samples.There were 19 species of Atopobium vaginae,Campylobacter ureolyticus,Clostridium perfringens,Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii,Escherichia coli,Lactobacillus helveticus,Lactobacillus iners,Lactobacillus reuteri,Haemophilus parainfluenzae,Jonquetella anthropi,Moryella indoligenes,Neisseria subflava,Peptostreptococcus anaerobius,Prevotella copri,Prevotella melaninogenica,Prevotella nanceiensis,Streptococcus agalactiae,Streptococcus anginosus and Veillonella dispar at the virgins without sex vaginal flora.Heatmap clustering analysis showed that belongs to the level of three main species of lactobacillus genus respectively,dialister and prevotella.Vaginal flora structure of 29 healthy virgins without sex between the individual was not significantly different.Conclusion Healthy women without sex vaginal flora structure with Lactobacillus helveticus,Lactobacillus iners and Lactobacillus reuteri as dominant fungi,lactobacillus genus play an important role in the vagina micro ecological balance.
