摘要
以聚己二酸新戊二醇酯(Mn=2 000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇和三羟甲基丙烷聚乙二醇单甲醚(Mn=1 000)为原料,合成了一系列梳状非离子型水性聚氨酯(NWPU)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了NWPU的结构并探究了非离子型水性聚氨酯的氢键化作用,通过差示扫描量热仪研究了硬段含量对NWPU胶膜热性能的影响,探究了不同硬段含量对其胶膜接触角的影响,还研究了胶膜的力学性能和耐水性。结果表明:随NWPU硬段含量增加,NWPU的氢键化作用增强,使胶膜的拉伸强度和耐水性提高,玻璃化转变温度向高温区移动,接触角增大;当NWPU硬段质量分数为38.62%时,胶膜的拉伸强度最大(23.57MPa),胶膜的接触角也最大(87°)。
A series of comb-like nonionic waterborne polyurethanes (NWPU) were synthesized by using the poly(neopentyl glycol adipate) (Mn=2 000),isophorone diisocyanate,1,4-butandiol and trimethylolpropane poly(ethylene glyocol monomethyl ether) (Mn=1000) as raw materials.The structure of NWPU was characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum,and the hydrogen bonding interaction of the nonionic waterborne polyurethane was investigated.The influence of the hard segment content on the thermal behavior of the NWPU film was investigated by using the differential scanning calorimetry,and the influence of different hard segment content on the contact angle of the film was investigated,and the mechanical performance and water resistance performance of the film were also studied.The results show that with the increase of the hard segment content of NWPU,the hydrogen bonding effect of NWPU increases,the tensile strength and water resistance of the film improves,the glass transition temperature moves to the high temperature zone,and the contact angle increases.When the mass fraction of the hard segment of NWPU is 38.62%,the tensile strength of the film is maximum (23.57 MPa),and the contact angle is also maximum (87°).
