2019年沂源县高中生超重肥胖现状及特征分析

Current Status and Features for Overweight/Obesity Among High School Students in Yiyuan County in 2019

目的了解沂源县高中生超重肥胖流行现状及流行病学特征。方法应用2019年沂源县高中生体检数据,采用χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析超重肥胖流行现状及其分布特征。结果沂源县高中学生超重肥胖率为27.8%,超重肥胖率在性别(χ^(2)=17.19,P<0.001)、生源地(χ^(2)=9.60,P=0.002)、民族(χ^(2)=6.73,P=0.009)和年级上(χ^(2)=71.50,P<0.001)的分布差异均有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男生(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.08~1.27)、城市生源地学生(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.06~1.29)、汉族学生(OR=2.39,95%CI:1.26~4.54)是高中生超重肥胖的危险因素。结论沂源县高中学生超重肥胖情况不容乐观,应该针对个体加强营养知识宣传和干预工作。

Objective To explore the prevalence and epidemiological features of overweight and obesity among high school students in Yiyuan county so as to provide the basis for effective control measures.Methods Physical examination data of high school students in 2019 were used to analyze the current status and features for overweight/obesity by using chi-square tests and logistic regression models.Results The detected rates of overweight and obesity was 27.8%.There were significant differences of overweight/obesity among different sexes(χ^(2)=17.19,P <0.001),native places(χ^(2)=9.60,P=0.002),nationality(χ^(2)=6.73,P=0.009) and grades(χ^(2)=71.50,P <0.001).Multivariate logistic regression showed that male(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.08~1.27),urban students(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.06~1.29) and Han students(OR=2.39,95%CI:1.26~4.54) were associated with the increased risk of overweight/obesity.Conclusion The status of overweight/obesity among high school students in Yiyuan county was not optimistic.Individualized nutrition should be the priorities of the future work.
