四川省疾病预防控制中心卫生专业技术人员继续医学教育现状、需求及影响因素分析

Situation,Demands and Influencing Factors of Continuing Medical Education for Health Technicians in Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention

目的了解四川省疾病预防控制中心(以下简称"省疾控中心")卫生专业技术人员继续医学教育现状、需求及影响因素,为进一步完善继续医学教育工作提供参考。方法采用在线问卷调查法收集2017年省疾控中心在职的324名卫生专业技术人员的基本情况、继续教育现状需求情况,并对需求的影响因素进行多水平多元Logistic回归分析。结果应调查367人,实际调查324人(88.28%)。96.91%都参加过继续教育,95.06%参加的是有学分的继续教育培训班,95.68%的授课方式为理论授课,94.75%认为非常需要和需要参加继续教育,69.44%认为每年培训次数在1~4次比较合适,77.47%认为每次培训时长在2-5 d较合适,影响继续教育需求的因素主要包括性别(OR=0.32,P<0.000 1)、年龄(OR=0.87,P=0.015 3)、学历(OR=0.51,P=0.000 6)、职称(OR=1.34,P=0.041 4)、工作年限(OR=1.23,P=0.006 9)、从事工作(OR=2.21,P=0.008 5)。结论目前省疾控中心卫生专业技术人员对继续教育需求迫切,应继续加强完善继续教育培训内容和方式,提高专业技术人员能力素质和单位核心竞争力,为疾控事业的发展提供保障。

Objective To analyze the current situation,demands and influencing factors of continuing medical education for health technicians in Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) so as to provide reference for the further improvement of continuing medical education.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current demand for continuing medical education of 324 health technicians in CDC in 2017,and the influencing factors of the current demand were analyzed by using the multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Totally,367 people should have been investigated,but 324(88.28%) were actually investigated.96.91% of the individuals have participated in continuing medical education.Specifically,95.06% of the individuals have participated in continuing medical education training courses with credits,and 95.68% have attended theoretical teaching.94.75% of the participants believed that it was very necessary and necessary to participate in continuing medical education.However,69.44%of the participants believed that 1-4 times of training every year was appropriate;77.47% hold the view that 2-5 days of each training was appropriate.The factors affecting the demand for continuing medical education mainly includes gender(OR=0.32,P<0.000 1),age(OR=0.87,P=0.015 3),educational background(OR=0.51,P=0.000 6),professional title(OR=1.34,P=0.041 4),working years(OR=1.23,P=0.006 9),and engaged in work(OR=2.21,P=0.008 5).Conclusion Currently,the health technicians in the provincial CDC are in urgent need of continuing medical education.The content and methods of continuing medical education should continue to be strengthened in order to improve the ability and quality of health technicians and the core competitiveness of the unit,and provide guarantee for the development of the disease control and prevention.
