一起发生在养老院的误食曼陀罗引起的食物中毒事件调查

Investigation On A Food Poisoning Event Caused by Datura Stramonium in A Nursing Home

目的查明一起发生在养老院的食物中毒事件的原因,为采取防控措施、防止类似事件发生提供依据。方法 2019-05-18对重庆市沙坪坝区某老年公寓发生的一起疑似食物中毒病例开展现场流行病学调查,采取描述性流行病学分析方法。对可疑食物采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法快速筛查72种生物碱。结果养老院中食用了自采野菜的3人均出现中毒症状,野菜梗检出山莨菪碱4.92 mg/kg、东莨菪碱4.87 mg/kg和阿托品0.813 mg/kg,野菜叶检出山莨菪碱1.65 mg/kg、东莨菪碱3.35 mg/kg和阿托品0.247 mg/kg。野菜叶经鉴定为曼陀罗叶。该事件为一起由曼陀罗引起的食物中毒事件。结论依据《曼陀罗食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》(WS/T 80-1996),判定此次事件为误食曼陀罗导致的食物中毒事件。应加强食品安全知识的宣传和普及,呼吁市民不要采摘食用野菜,防止此类事件的发生。

Objective To study the causes of a food poisoning event in the nursing home in order to provide the basis for taking preventive measures and preventing similar incidents.Methods On May 18,2019,a suspected case of food poisoning occurred in an apartment for the elderly in Shapingba District,Chongqing was investigated by using the field epidemiological method.Meanwhile,72 alkaloids were screened in suspicious food with the high performance liquid chromatographyquadrupole electrostatic-field orbital trap high resolution mass spectrometry.Results In the nursing home,the poisoning symptoms occurred in three people who had eaten wild vegetables.The contents of anisodamine,scopolamine,atropine,scopolamine,scopolamine and atropine were 4.92 mg/kg,4.87 mg/kg,0.813 mg/kg,1.65 mg/kg,3.35 mg/kg and 0.247 mg/kg,respectively.The leaf of the wild vegetable was identified as Datura leaf.This food poisoning event was caused by Datura leaf.Conclusion In order to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents,it is urgent to disseminate the food safety knowledge and appeal to the public not to pick and eat wild vegetables.
