大数据在监狱罪犯安全防控与教育改造中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of big data in prison criminals'safety control and their education and reform

介绍了司法监狱系统信息化建设的现状和瓶颈,归纳总结了当前大数据在监狱罪犯安全防控与教育改造中的应用。从数据标准化、大数据平台建设、信息化软件和硬件系统迭代、罪犯狱内危险评估、“信息孤岛”严重、数据技术支撑匮乏、管理能力不足等七个方面详细分析了大数据应用中所面临的困难与挑战。提出应加快完善监狱大数据平台的配套建设,确保先进的信息化技术能在监狱罪犯安全防控和教育改造中发挥作用。

This paper introduces the current situation and bottleneck of the informatization construction in the judicial prison system,and summarizes the application of the big data in the prison criminals'safety control and their education and reform.The difficulties and challenges faced in big data application are analyzed in detail on seven aspects:data standardization,construction of big data platform,iteration of information software and hardware system,prison risk assessment of criminal,serious information island,lack of data technology support and insufficient management ability.It is proposed that the improvement of supporting construction for big data platform in prison should be accelerated to ensure that advanced information technology can play a role in the prison criminals'safety control and their education and reform.
