岭南滨海新民居研究——以珠海桂山岛桂山、桂海村为例

Study on Lingnan New Folk Dwellings in Lingnan Coastal Area——A Case of Guishan and Guihai Villages on Guishan Island in Zhuhai

通过对桂山岛地区的民居进行实地调研,结合岭南传统民居特有的建筑特色,从建筑的组团聚落、外观设计、户型设计、结构选型、通风防潮节能5个方面提出了岭南滨海新民居的设计思路和观点,对以后岭南滨海民居的设计与建设提供参考借鉴。

Based on the field investigation of the residential houses in Guishan Island,the unique architectural features of Lingnan traditional residential houses are combined.This paper puts forward the design ideas and viewpoints of the new residential houses in Lingnan coastal area from five aspects of building cluster,appearance design,house type design,structure selection,and the functvon sthat include ventilation,moisture-proof and eneigy saring,which can provide a reference for the design and construction of the residential houses in Lingnan coastal area in the future.
