摘要
本文采用POI数据,通过GIS软件对合肥市1、2号线站点周边的城市功能进行定量研究和实证分析。与合肥市城市总体规划进行对比研究,揭示站点周边的城市功能结构特征和其与城市总体规划之间的关系,以期对未来地铁站点与周边土地利用之间的空间优化及TOD发展模式下的城市建设提供启示。
This paper uses POI data and GIS software to conduct quantitative research and empirical analysis on the urban functions around the stations of the two metro lines in Hefei,and makes a comparative study on the urban master plan of Hefei.This paper reveals the characteristics of urban functional structure around the station and its relationship with urban master plan,so as to provide enlightenment for the spatial optimization between rail transit stations and surrounding land use and urban construction under TOD development mode.
