摘要
目的对三叶青藤提取物经皮给药抗炎镇痛的作用进行研究。方法采取二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎来研究三叶青藤提取物不同剂量组经皮给药的抗炎效果;采取小鼠扭体反应,热板致痛法,尾巴压痛法和大鼠光热甩尾法观察三叶青藤提取物各剂量组的镇痛作用。结果三叶青藤提取物经皮给药在二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠佐剂性关节炎中显现出有抗炎作用,并且能明显减轻小鼠醋酸和热板致痛、大鼠鼠尾光热和压痛作用。结论三叶青藤提取物经皮给药具有明显的抗炎镇痛效果。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of Illigera rhodantha Hance extract by transdermal administration. Methods Auricular edema model in mice induced by dimethyl benzene and rats adjuvant arthritis model established by Freund’s complete adjuvant were used to evaluate the anti-inflam matory activity of different dosage groups from Illigera rhodantha Hance extract by transdermal administration;The analgesic effect was evaluated by acid-induced writhing method, hot plate-induced pain method, tail compression-induced pain method in mice and light tail-flick method in rats were used to observe the analgesic effect of different dose groups from Illigera rhodantha Hance extract by transdermal administration. Results The results showed that the Illigera rhodantha Hance extract by transdermal administration could markedly reduce the ear edema induced by dimethyl benzene, inhibit the writhing body reaction induced by acetic acid and increase the mice pain threshold induced by hot plate and tail compression. It could also inhibit the swollen toes induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant and increase the rat pain threshold induced by light tail-flick method.Conclusion Transdermal administration of Illigera rhodantha Hance extract has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
