摘要 分析了2017年冬季(2月)在海口湾海域进行调查所采集的浮游植物样品,对调查海域浮游植物群落的种类组成、细胞丰度的平面和垂直分布、优势种分布和群落的多样性指数等群落特征进行研究。初步鉴定浮游植物6门73属176种(包括变种),硅藻占绝对优势。浮游植物优势种有中肋骨条藻Skeletonema costatum、玛氏骨条藻Skeletonema marinoi、菱形海线藻Thalassionema nitzschioides、小环藻未知种Cyclotella sp.和颤藻未知种Euglena sp.。虽然存在一定的赤潮优势种中肋骨条藻和菱形海线藻,但不足以达到引发赤潮的条件。近岸排污口附近16、17、18、19、20号站位细胞丰度较高,离岸站位丰度较低,表层细胞丰度高于底层。浮游植物群落多样性水平较高,群落较稳定。 Phytoplankton samples collected from Haikou Bay in Winter(February)in 2017 were analyzed.The species composition,the horizontal and vertical distribution of cell abundance,dominant species distribution and community diversity were studied.A total of 176 species which belong to 73 genera of 6 phyla were identified.Most of the species were diatom.The dominant species were Skeletonema costatum,Skeletonema marinoi,Thalassiosira sp1,Thalassionema nitzschioides,Cyclotella sp.,Euglena sp.There were some dominant species of red tide phytoplankton,but they could not cause red tide.The cell abundance of near the outfalls were higher that of offshore.The abundance of cells in the surface layer were higher than that in the bottom.The phytoplankton diversity was high and the community was stable.
