摘要
根据会宁县农户土地流转现状,选取了农户生计资本中10个重要指标,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析生计资本对农户土地流转意愿的影响。结果显示:主要耕地类型、土地破碎化程度、获得非农就业机会大小、是否有手艺和劳动力受教育程度是影响农户土地流转意愿的显著指标。由此提出了加强农户专业技能培训,提高农民专业化水平,遏制土地破碎化现象,推动土地规模化经营,拓宽农户就业渠道,提高农户兼业化能力等优化农户土地流转的对策建议。
According to the current situation of farmers'land transfer in Huining County,10 important indicators of farmers'livelihood capital were selected to analyze the impact of livelihood capital on farmers'willingness to transfer land by binary logistic regression model.The results showed that the main types of cultivated land,degree of land fragmentation,the size of non-agricultural employment opportunities,the availability of skills and the education level of labor force are significant indicators that affected farmers'willingness to transfer land.According to the analysis results,the countermeasures such as strengthing the training of farmers,improving specialization level,containing land fragmentation,promoting employment and non-agricultural ability of farmers are put forward.
