农村人居环境问题问卷调查分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Questionnaire Investigation on Rural Human Settlement Environment

通过对景泰县农村人居环境问题的研究,探析其深层原因,提出解决方法和对策;采用自编问卷,以景泰县3个乡镇9个行政村部分居民为对象,调查农村环境保护与建设的居民满意度。结果发现:农村居民满意度虽然比较高,但道路、垃圾、厕所等还是重点民生问题。这些主要原因为缺乏资金来源、建设区域和项目不平衡、生活需要与环境治理矛盾、传统生活习惯难以改变。针对问题,提出了优化资金投入比例、强化基础设施配置、推进美丽乡村建设、开展环保政策教育等主要对策。

Through the research on the rural human settlement environment in Jingtai County,the underlying causes are explored,and solutions and countermeasures are proposed.Using self-compiled questionnaires,with some residents of 9 administrative villages in three townships of Jingtai County as the object,survey the residents'satisfaction with rural environmental protection and construction.Although the satisfaction of rural residents is relatively high,road problems,garbage problems,and toilet problems are still key issues.Lack of funding sources,unbalanced construction areas and projects,conflicts between life needs and environmental governance,and difficulty in changing traditional living habits are the main reasons.Optimizing the proportion of capital investment,strengthening the allocation of infrastructure,promoting the construction of beautiful villages,and carrying out environmental protection policy education are the main countermeasures.
